Jeffrey Fedison is a Senior Applications Engineer at STMicroelectronics specializing in discrete power products including silicon carbide power transistors. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and has co-authored more than 20 articles in technical journals and conference proceedings. With 8 U.S. patents, he has been involved in either power semiconductor device development or power circuit applications for the duration of his professional career.
