In the power range up to 20W, high-power-density and cost-effective isolated auxiliary power supplies can be designed using single-transistor fly-back, forward or quasi-resonant topologies working at relatively high switching frequencies to minimize transformer and output capacitor size.

We offer a range of integrated – actually a power MOSFET, PWM controller and protection circuit in a single package – high-voltage converters providing extremely low stand-by power, high – 800 and 900V – breakdown voltages and a range of protection features to help maximize efficiency and enhance reliability of power supplies.

In addition, we provide a comprehensive set of hardware and software evaluation and development tools as well as reference designs to enable a fast time to market.
