Reduced supply leakage for a longer battery lifetime with the TS88 series

The TS881, TS882 and TS884 are respectively single, dual and quad comparators featuring ultra-low supply current with rail-to-rail input and push-pull output capabilities. The new series of open-drain output nanopower comparators also includes a single version ( TS880) and a dual version ( TS883). They feature an ultra-low supply current of 250 nA typical per operator with rail-to-rail input capability and open-drain output. The performance of these comparators allows them to be used in a wide range of portable applications.

Micropower comparators combining very low current consumption and outstanding robustness

The TSX393 and TSX3702 micropower 16 V dual CMOS voltage comparators and the TSX339 and TSX3704
micropower 16 V quad CMOS voltage comparators exhibit a very low current consumption of 5 µA (typical) per comparator.
The TSX comparators  help save energy in application that use power-saving design techniques reducing by a factor 3 the current consumption of equivalent existing devices.

The TSX comparators also increase reliability with improved robustness (ESD tolerance 4 Kv HBM).

The TS985 is a single micropower low-voltage rail-to-rail comparator. The less than 1 mm², 6-bump chip scale package (CSP) makes the device ideal for space-constrained applications such as smartphones, smartwatches, digital cameras, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and portable test equipment.
