描述

VND5160J-E是一款利用意法半导体VIPower M0-5技术打造的单片器件。其用途是驱动一侧接地的电阻性或电感性负载。有效的VCC引脚电压钳制可保护器件免受低能量尖峰的影响（请参见ISO7637瞬态兼容性表）。

当STAT_DIS处于开路或驱动为低电平时，该器件可检测到在导通和关断状态下的开路负载条件。在关断状态下检测到输出短路至VCC。

当STAT_DIS驱动为高电平时，STATUS引脚处于高阻态。

限流保护可在发生过载时保护器件。在长时间过载的情况下，该器件可将耗散功率限制在安全水平（至多可达热关断干预的程度）。.热关断功能支持自动重启，使器件能够在故障条件消失后尽快恢复正常运行。
