描述

STEVAL-ISQ014V1产品评估板采用低侧电流检测方案，通过在负载和电路接地之间放置一个检测电阻实现检测。由此产生的压降通过TSZ121运算放大器进行放大。

无论电源电压如何，共模电压都接近地电位，因此电流检测电压可通过这个低压运算放大器无限放大。

电路在整个电源电压范围内具有非常稳定的电气特性，尤其适合汽车与工业应用。

藉由高精度TSZ121运算放大器在应用中实现精确的电流测量，无需采用高精度电阻增加额外成本。

    • 极高精度：25 °C时最大偏移电压5 μV，全温度范围（-40 °C至125 °C）内8 μV
    • 轨到轨输入和输出
    • 低供电电压：1.8 V至5.5 V
    • 低功耗：5 V时最大40 µA

    • 出色的耐静电性能：4 kV HBM
    • 更宽的温度范围：-40 ℃至125 ℃
    • 采用微型封装：SC70-5 (TSZ121)、DFN8 2x2 (TSZ122) 和 QFN16 3x3 (TSZ124)
    • 符合RoHS标准
